Importance: Don't want to decrypt a whole folder just to get one file out? No problem!  We have included a single file extraction capability to save time and space when opening encrypted folders.  This increased accessibility is just another reason that makes Icon Lock-iT so unique and versatile.


What does Single File Extraction from an Encrypted Folder mean?

In the past, when a whole folder containing multiple files or subfolders was locked and encrypted there was no way to open just one item within the folder with the self extractor.  You had to unlock the whole folder and then navigate around and find the file you needed and just send a self extractor with that one file.  With the new and improved version of Icon Lock-iT a user can easily send a self extracting executable through encrypted folders and subfolders to find exactly what is needed without extracting everything in the folder to retrieve one thing.
